Lex Evans is a junior administrative assistant at VM Family Law, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the firm and a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

Lex joined VM Family Law excited by the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives through compassionate and thoughtful legal work. In this role, Lex is focused on developing skills in legal administration, client communication and case management, while gaining a deeper understanding of family law procedures and documentation.

Lex believes that providing excellent support means being reliable, approachable and proactive, helping the team operate efficiently and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their matters.

Outside of work, Lex enjoys exploring new cultures and places, with Japan at the top of her travel list and keeps energised during the day with her favourite drink, a mochaccino.
