Amy’s Legal Journey and Expertise
Amy has been practicing law since her admission in 2012 and currently holds the position of Senior Associate at VM Family Law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland, providing a solid foundation for her legal career.
Extensive Experience in Family Law
Since her admission, Amy has worked at a general practice law firm, where she gained extensive experience in family law, criminal defense, wills and estates, and retail and commercial leasing. Since 2019, she has exclusively practiced family law and has a strong track record of appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Children’s Court, and the Magistrates Courts.
Specialization in Property Settlements and Parenting Matters
Amy has a keen interest in property settlement matters, helping clients achieve resolution and financial independence. In parenting matters, she is dedicated to resolving issues quickly and in the best interests of the children involved. Amy is committed to diligently representing her clients, whether through litigation in court or mediating disputes out of court.
